A First

The other day I received my very FIRST passport.
I'm oddly thrilled about this. I feel as if the entire world has opened up for me.
I'll be using it for the first time in two weeks to go to Puerto Vallarta with all of my favorite people - all TEN of them!!
Oh... the day my passport arrived, I met V-Mo for a little shopping date. Guess what I bought? Yup... a Jack Spade Passport case in chocolate brown. hehe.

i'm kinda' sad...

Here I am at home again. Too sick to work. (I did go in this morning to shoot a video, but my boss sent me home as soon as we were done).
I've got a show tomorrow night, followed by Friday night and Saturdady night. I'm hoping to be feeling better by tomorrow. I just want to get through at least one weekend of shows feeling GOOD.
I'm desperate for the one good weekend because I'm thinking this is probably the last time I'll be getting up on the boards. I just don't think I've got it in me to do this again - the schedule is just too much.
So I'll ask again for some good vibes... (thanks for the garlic tip, Suz!!!)
time to nap.

and by the way...

I'm currently barely surviving a horrible bout with the flu. yes, that's right. smack dab in the middle of my show run, i come down with the flu.
I just did Thursday night, Friday night, Saturday matinee, Saturday Evening and Sunday Matinee WITH THE FREAKIN' FLU.
Could y'all get together out there and send some positive thoughts my way???? I'd like to do at least ONE weekend without being exhausted or sick.
