First thing that pops in my mind, either way: what kind of event are we talking about? Formal? Picnic? Theme?
Second things, part one and two that enter my mind: if formal, Fresco caters. Based on their heirloom tomato performance, they can crank out a nice magically-refilling buffet. If picnic, HMI Catering. Good soul/Southern food, awesome catfish.
Kyle!!! thanks... was thinking about trying to find a kick-ass taco truck - we did that for my sisters b'day a couple of years ago in San Francisco and it was great. any suggestions??? any suggestions on where I can look for one 'round here??? thanks in advance, Shuboy
