Kushi Bar?

Yup. We got one here in Mad-land. They serve skewers and donburi along with a handful of a la carte items like Edamame, Agedashi Tofu and chicken wings. I was all excited to go, so we went last week. It felt like Japanese Tapas... it would've worked except for the lousy service. Not being entirely sure how the whole thing worked, we each ordered two skewers and a rice bowl/donburi. By the time the skewers arrived, we were so hungry we pretty much inhaled them. 15 minutes later, the rice bowls landed. while they were good, we knew that they were not going to fill us up, so we decided to order more skewers - too bad the waitress took forever to check back with us.
Not gonna bother going back there.
